- Lead and support Sales Force Automation initiatives involving distributors, commercial operations and legacy systems
- Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and global leadership
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation and integration solutions
- Support process mapping, workflow optimization and systems integration discussions
- Participate actively in planning, design and implementation phases of the project
- Coordinate interactions with India-based teams and local Brazil stakeholders
- Drive communication, alignment and decision-making across multicultural/global teams
- Contribute with insights and technical/business perspective during discussions with implementation partners and project teams
