Overview

We are looking for a consultant with strong experience in Sales Force Automation, systems integration, and SAP SD/MM processes to support a global transformation initiative. In this project, Salesforce will be responsible for the commercial front-end and sales order initiation process, while SAP will manage the back-end sales and operational processes through integrations with SD/MM modules and legacy systems. The professional will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and global leadership, ensuring alignment across international teams and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Sales Force Automation initiatives involving distributors, commercial operations, Salesforce, SAP, and legacy systems.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and global leadership.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation and integration solutions.
  • Support process mapping, workflow optimization, and systems integration discussions.
  • Participate actively in planning, design, and implementation phases of the project.
  • Coordinate interactions with India-based teams and local Brazil stakeholders.
  • Drive communication, alignment, and decision-making across multicultural/global teams.
  • Contribute with technical and business insights during discussions with implementation partners and project teams.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and SAP SD/MM processes.

Required Profile:

  • Strong dynamism and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in Sales Force Automation and systems integration projects.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management profile.
  • Ability to interact confidently with business and technical teams.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Flexibility to support global interactions and time zone dynamics.
  • Autonomous profile with high ownership mentality.

Skills

  • Experience integrating SAP with other applications and systems.
  • Ability to lead projects.
  • Understanding of purchasing and sales processes in SAP (MM and SD).
  • Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and SAP environments.
  • English C1 proficiency for communication with India-based teams.
  • Debugging skills are considered a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Contract type: Legal entity or cooperative member.
  • Hybrid model — 3 days per week onsite.
  • Location: São Paulo, SP – Brazil.
